A Tridium Niagara campus platform brings HVAC, lighting, energy monitoring and tenant billing into one operational view. Automated kWh calculations replace fragmented readings, while facilities teams retain central supervision of the wider building, security and backup-power infrastructure.

The integrated approach gives the facilities and security teams coordinated monitoring while keeping each discipline purpose-built for its role.
ESI delivered integrated security around Honeywell Pro-Watch, supporting more than 50 CCTV cameras and over 40 controlled doors. The project combines live video, access events and intrusion monitoring for a sensitive government environment, backed by structured maintenance and ongoing technical support.
ESI designed and delivered the integrated process-control and safety platform for Gasco's LPG storage and bottling facility. The Siemens and Dräger solution covers more than 500 I/O points and over 50 fire-and-gas field devices, including automated emergency shutdowns, ATEX-area installations and the vessel-transfer interface; ESI has also completed CCTV upgrades and continued site engineering support.
More than 500 cameras are distributed across National Lottery outlets, offices and gaming locations. ESI manages the multi-site CCTV estate from survey and equipment selection through installation, commissioning and NVR configuration, then continues with additions, repairs and upgrades as locations change.
Annual inspection and calibration cover the yacht's fixed gas-detection system and portable Dräger X-am 2500 units. ESI tests the equipment, records its condition and provides the servicing continuity needed to keep safety devices ready for operation onboard.
